Free delivery on all UK orders over £20. We charge £3.5 for shipping on orders below £20.

I've signed up. How do I get the welcome discount?

Once you sign up, you'll receive an email from us with a confirmation link. After you click the link to confirm your subscription, you'll receive a second email containing your welcome discount code, 'WELCOME20'. What should I do if I don't receive a confirmation email?

What are my shipping options?

Our orders are generally sent next working day, but there are some exceptions. You will receive a tracking number with every order. 

Where do you deliver?

We deliver anywhere in the UK, Canada, and the USA. Website orders are shipped through Royal Mail or Courier for a reliable delivery experience.

If I place a shipping order today, when may I expect it to ship out?

UK 

If you order before 12 pm, the goods will be shipped out the same day. You can expect them the next day or in some areas the following day. 

USA 

Shipping to the USA typically takes between 2 to 11 business days. Most of our orders are delivered within 4 business days.

CANADA

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes, you can. Only card payments accepted for in-person pickups.

Yes, we roast all our coffee on site in Bridgend.

Roasting coffee in Wales since 1927, we use classic Italian recipes and traditional drum roasters, creating a balanced cup with deep, nuanced flavours. Is the Coffee freshly roasted?

Yes, all our coffee is roasted inhouse and is a fresh as it gets. 

How do I store the coffee?

Our coffee is supplied in bags with a special one-way valve which allows the coffee to breathe whilst still keeping all its aroma and taste intact. 

What grind size should I use for different brewing methods?

The grind size of your coffee is crucial for optimal flavour extraction. Here’s a quick guide:

  • Fine Grind: Ideal for espresso machines, this grind is also suitable for a moka pot. It allows for a rich, concentrated brew by increasing the surface area of the coffee grounds.
  • Medium Grind: Perfect for drip coffee makers, French presses, and pour-over methods like the V60. This grind offers a balanced extraction, making it versatile for various brewing techniques.

Adjusting your grind size according to your brewing method will help you achieve the best taste and aroma from your coffee.

Is your packaging recyclable?

We are currently changing all our packaging to fully recyclable. At this stage all our 1kg bags are and the 200g filter Siena , Piacentina and Vittorios. The other 250g bags are still awaiting new packaging.

What is the shelf life of your coffee?

Our coffee has a shelf life of 12 months if stored properly.
