The container you choose to store your coffee is vital to maintain aromas and freshness. Opt for an opaque, air tight container and store it away from direct sunlight, at room temperature.
Store your coffee in Original Espresso Gear Air Free Vacuum can. It doesn’t allow oxygen and light to enter the canister. Roasted coffee beans are like sponges- they can absorb any odour from the air around them, hence the lack of air is an important factor in maintaining the aroma.
Whenever possible grind your coffee just before you brew it. We recommend only buying enough ground coffee to serve your needs for 3-4 weeks.
