Pour and serve the coffee straight away.

TOP TIPS

  • If you are grinding your coffee yourself, fill the basket with coffee beans to measure how much coffee to grind.
  • Do not tamp or compact the coffee.
  • Use medium to low heat to brew the coffee. You don’t want the coffee to be shooting or spluttering out as this will burn the coffee.
  • To wash the moka pot rinse with warm soapy water. Do not put in the dishwasher.
